Hello!
I’m Sara Dedeche, a dietitian and nutritionist with a heart for family nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
My mission? To help every family discover the joy (and deliciousness!) of eating and living well.

About Me
My work focuses on supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood, as well as guiding families in raising healthy, well-nourished children.
As a mother to a baby and a toddler, I understand firsthand the joys and challenges of caring for little ones while trying to stay healthy and energized. This personal experience, combined with my years of professional practice, allows me to connect with mothers on a real level, blending empathy with science.
I have trained and worked in hospitals, clinics, and community health programs across the Middle East, Asia, and the UK. Along the way, I’ve helped thousands of people , from expectant mothers to those managing chronic conditions like diabetes and heart disease, find practical, realistic ways to improve their health through food and lifestyle changes.
My academic journey has taken me from a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics in the UAE to a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition, Oncology, and Metabolism from a leading UK medical school. I’ve also carried out research in areas such as cancer nutrition, childhood obesity, metabolic health, and nutrigenomics , because I believe in always staying at the cutting edge of nutritional science.
Today, based in London, I work both locally and online, connecting with a global audience. I particularly enjoy reaching out to the Middle East and Arab communities, offering consultations, workshops, and educational content in both English and Arabic. At the same time, I have a strong commitment to my local British community, I believe in giving back to the place I call home by sharing knowledge, supporting families, and helping make healthy living accessible to all.
Above all, my goal is simple: to help you and your family eat well, feel good, and live healthily, in a way that is practical, sustainable, and enjoyable.
